How to tell a properly run clinic

The operating licence is displayed where you can see it. Medical facilities in Thailand are required to display it.
A doctor is actually on site, not just named in the advertising.
The place is clean and equipment is handled properly. Watch whether new supplies are opened in front of you.
They will put it in writing — both the plan and the cost.

If you are unsure, registration details can be checked with the local public health authority.

A price far below the market, especially where product costs are high
Refusing to show you the product or its packaging before use
Guaranteeing a specific result in absolute terms
